Renderer Configuration
Using the renderer configuration tool, the near and far clipping plane values (in mm) of the renderer can be set using the according input boxes.
The default values are 1 for near plane and 50000 for far plane which means that models or parts of models that are placed up to 50000 mm (= 50 m) away from the camera delivering the image source will be rendered. If you don't want models that are very close to the camera to be rendered, you have to increase the near plane value. If models too far away from the camera are not supposed to be rendered, the far plane value has to be decreased. If a model bound to a detected coordinate system is not shown, it might mean that it's placed too far away from the camera. In that case you have to increase the far plane value.
Please note:
- The near plane value can never be greater than the far plane value.
- Far plane values have to be greater than 50 mm to have an effect.
