Camera Calibration

The Camera Calibration Tool allows to set the camera calibration data for Unifeye Design. The data needs to be provided as xml-file and must fit the Sextant standard. Such a file can be created using the Sextant Camera Calibration. This tool can be started by pressing the "Open Sextant" button.

A file can be chosen directly via setting a path in the provided textbox or by using the file browser dialog which is accessible through the button to the right. A manually entered path is acknowledged through the keys "Enter" or "Tab" or when leaving the textbox. Files chosen in the file browser are confirmed by pressing "Open".

Additonal fields below show the selected camera parameters. These are resolution, principal point, focal length and the radial and tangential distortion parameters. All these values are read-only.
